Upon account closure — whether initiated by you or by toto24 — any outstanding bonus balances and wagering-requirement progress will be forfeited. Real-money balances that are not subject to an active investigation will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following verification of identity.

Nothing in these Terms limits toto24's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law. This limitation of liability clause does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
